Payment:
Print File accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and money orders. Personal checks may take one week for approval.Opening Accounts: Public institutions, private institutions and businesses may establish an open account by requesting and filling out a credit application. Allow 2-4 weeks for credit approval. Terms are Net 30 days. Open account customers can order by phone or fax only. The billing minimum is $250.00.

Delivery:
Our goal is to ship all in stock items within 2 business days. Please supply a street address for delivery. (Note: All shipments to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes are shipped via parcel post and may delay delivery.) Items ordered together are not always shipped together. All orders are shipped FOB Origin.

Damaged Merchandise:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If you find items have been damaged in transit, please note damage on all delivery receipts or freight bills. Retain packing materials (box, tape, filler, etc.) and call our Customer Service Department at 407-886-3100 or 1-800-508-8539 for further instructions. We will promptly arrange for replacement or credit.

Returns:
Returns will be allowed only with prior authorization, and must be made within 1 year of invoice date. Please inspect all merchandise when it is delivered. If for any reason you must return or exchange products, we will handle your return by promptly exchanging the item or issuing credit. We will only credit the actual purchase price in US ($) dollars. Returned products need to be in resalable condition. Additional shipping charges may apply. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-508-8539 to obtain a return authorization number. Please return your package along with the original packing slip and in its original package to the provided address.

Sales Tax:
Print File is responsible for collecting Florida state sales tax. The appropriate tax rate will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Tax-exempt purchases within the state of Florida will be valid only if a current resale certificate or exempt organization certificate is on file.
